PURPOSE: A method for designing a perforated pipe is provided to improve water treatment efficiency by optimizing a liquid injection process and a liquid flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for designing a perforated pipe is as follows. The total sectional area of perforated holes(2,6) is calculated by a ratio of an external surface area of a perforated pipe. Two perforated holes are formed per length corresponding to a diameter. The diameter of a perforated pipe front end, in which the fluid flows, is larger than the diameter of a perforated pipe rear end by 40%.
