PURPOSE: It is rotated with constant speed in the zephyr and for the strong wind pressure by typhoon or squall, the wind collecting wing is rotated in generation. The rotation of the wing device is damped and the overload of generator can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: A wing device for preventing overload comprises a rotating shaft(2), an upper ring(3), a lower ring(4), a connection shaft, a wind collecting wing(6), and a wire rope. The operating weight is formed in inside while slit is formed on the top of the rotating shaft. The guide system is installed inside the rotating shaft so that the wire rope prevent from being rubbed with slit. The guide system comprises a roller, the roller comprises a fixing ring, a support stand, and a pair of missing prevention projections, the fixing ring is installed inside the rotating shaft, it is installed in the support stand and the missing prevention projection is circulated. The upper ring is installed on the upper of the rotating shaft with a plurality of upper connection frames(31). The lower ring is installed in the lower part of the rotating shaft with a plurality of lower connection fleshes(41). The connection shaft interlinks of the upper ring and bottom ring. The wind collecting wing is installed to be circulated in the connection shaft. And the fastening ring is had upon the top. The wire rope interlinks the fastening ring and operating weight.
