APPARATUS FOR FILLET WELDING DEFORMATION TEST

PURPOSE: A device for testing the deformation of fillet welding is provided to accurately measure the transversal bending of a sample and easily adjust the height of a neutral axial adjusting unit depending on the thickness of the sample and the leg length of a welding unit. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for testing the deformation of fillet welding comprises a base unit(110), a support unit(120), and a neutral axial adjusting unit(130). The base unit is fastened to both sides of a sample. The support unit is vertically fastened to the base unit. The neutral axial adjusting unit is vertically fastened to the support unit movably. Adjusting gradations are formed along the length of the support unit. The adjusting gradations are formed based on the thickness of a sample. The adjusting gradations are formed based on the leg length of a welding unit.
