PURPOSE: A document digitalization system, a method thereof and a program storage medium digitizing the document by an electrode pen are provided to digitalize the document into an image file and store the document in database type. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate readout unit(51) is connected to a receiver and reads out a coordinate. An image renderer(52) renders the coordinate. A form calling unit(53) calls a form image stored in the storage unit of a PC and displays the form image on a monitor. An image combiner(54) interconnects the rendered image and the form image. A storage stores the completed image form in the storage of the PC.
