PURPOSE: A battery pack system and method are provided to manage charge information by managing history information which is related to the charge information in the operation control server of a charge infra. CONSTITUTION: A measuring module(360) measures a charging and discharging current, voltage, and temperature of a battery(310). A control module(330) controls a battery charger by determining a current charge state. A monitor module(340) watches an individual cell unit and an entire battery pack. A warning/notice module(350) executes alarm processing of the battery by diagnosing the battery state. A black box module(380) stores information which is related to a charging and discharging watching record by coding. |
