<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a carbon granule composite resin by which such failures are avoided on the surface of an inner mold of an injection molding metal mold, the surface being a portion corresponding to the center of the bottom surface of a pan-shaped molded article, that designability are deteriorated due to adhesion of a graphite granule or wear of the metal mold, the inside of a layer of the molded article is cracked or physical properties thereof are deteriorated and such failures are suppressed near a gate that the molded article is cracked by the residual stress caused by reaction delay and the impact resistance thereof is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: The method for molding the carbon granule composite resin uses the metal mold 10 in which an ejection pipe 4 that has the gate 1 at the contact position of the outer wall near the top dead center of an indwelt rod, is arranged in a portion corresponding to an outer wall in the center of the bottom surface of the pan-shaped molded article, and the method injects a molding material mainly made of a carbon granule and a phenolic resin into the metal mold, and heats and pressurizes the injected molding material to pattern the pan-shaped molded article. In the method, the rod is lowered to pressurize the injected molding material just after the injection of the molding material and then the pressure is released and further recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
