<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the types of components for attaching a heat exchanger for an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes a base plate 2 fastened to a component, and supply vertical grooves 3 run through the base plate. At least one sealing element 4 is injection molded or vulcanized directly onto the base plate, thus generating tight connection to a component.
