<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method and a control device of hanger conveyors for precision casting such that productive efficiency is improved due to shortening of time reaching to a transfer position. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyor includes a conveyor for a final line, which is prepared in a drying chamber whose temperature and relative humidity are conditioned, and a second conveyor for a molding line, which is prepared at a front stage side, in order to compose both moving directions reciprocally. When a robot takes out a wax tree WT whose time is up to form a next refractory layer at a transfer position from both the conveyor for the final line and the second conveyor for the molding line, in both cases where the wax tree WT continues the present moving direction and reverses the moving direction, predictive operation is carried out for the time to reach to the transfer position, a moving direction with shorter time is selected based on the predictive operation, and finally the wax tree WT is moved to the selected moving direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
