CRACK DETECTION DEVICE AND CRACK DETECTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE IMAGE, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack detection device which automatically detects cracks occurring in a surface of a concrete structure from an image obtained by imaging the concrete structure, by image processing.

SOLUTION: A crack detection device 100 comprises: a crack feature quantity extraction part 201 which selects a maximum pixel value as a crack feature quantity; a neighbor connection determination part 301 which uses a behavior expression of a neural network to execute neural convergence operation on a processing object image having a pixel value consisting of a crack feature quantity and determines a crack with respect to pixels being within a prescribed neighboring range of a determination object pixel of crack candidate pixels; a feature quantity determination part 302 which determines a crack on the basis of a value obtained by summing up feature quantities of the crack candidate pixels; an outlier determination part 303 which determines a crack on the basis of Euclidean distances of pixels adjacent to the determination object pixel of the crack candidate pixels; and an AND operation part 304 which operates AND among determination results of the neighbor connection determination part 301, the feature quantity determination part 302, and the outlier determination part 303.
