<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can suppress degradation due to diffusion of impurities such as moisture, oxygen, alkaline metal and alkaline earth metal, to be more precise, a flexible light-emitting device having an OLED formed on a plastic substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In this light-emitting device, two or more layers of barrier films composed of layers represented by AIN<SB POS="POST">X</SB>O<SB POS="POST">Y</SB>are formed on a plastic substrate, which can prevent oxygen and moisture from intruding into an organic light-emitting layer of an OLED as well as can prevent impurities including alkaline metal and alkaline earth metal from intruding into an active layer of TFT, and a stress relief film including resin is provided between the two barrier films. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
