The element (1) has nano-wires (3, 3a-3e) comprising nano-fibers (2), where the element is formed for deforming and acquiring dimensional change of the nano-fibers through an electrical signal and/or a thermal factor. A connecting device is connected with an electrical deformation device, a thermal deformation device and a nano-fiber dimensional change acquisition device. The nano-fibers comprise notches at predetermined positions material attenuation i.e. material omission (4). The nano-fiber is made of plastic, biopolymer, electro active polymer e.g. electrostrictive-, piezoelectric-, dielectric-, magnetostrictive polymer, metal, metal oxides, ceramics or glasses and electrical spinning.
