<p>A crossover sub for a quick-connection compressed air transfer pipeline and a use method thereof are provided. The crossover sub consists of a pipe coupling comprising a joint pipe in which a vent hole is arranged and a clamping member composed of a left clamping shoe and a right clamping shoe. The lower part of the left and right clamping shoes are mutually articulated, the upper part of the left and right clamping shoes are connected by a locking mechanism. The right clamping shoe is integrated with the joint pipe. The middle part of the right clamping shoe is provided with a round boss. An air inlet, which is communicated with the vent hole in the joint pipe, is arranged on the end surface of the round boss. A drill hole boss, which is provided with a drill hole, is arranged in a position corresponding to the air inlet on the left clamping shoe. The invention realizes quick connection between a transfer pipeline with a large pipe diameter and a transfer pipeline with a small pipe diameter. The product of the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient implementation and firm connection.</p> |
