<p>The device comprises vertically arranged elongated elements (6) present below a distribution line (1), where vertically arranged tubes (3) are bound to a lower wall of the distribution line and one of the elongated elements is arranged at a lower end (5) of the line and their opposite upper ends (4) extend above the lower wall of the distribution line. The upper ends of the tubes are arranged in a common plane and are covered by a spaced cover arranged in a cross-section of the distribution line at spacing, where the cover extends from the lower wall of the distribution line to the spacing. The device comprises vertically arranged elongated elements (6) present below a distribution line (1), where vertically arranged tubes (3) are bound to a lower wall of the distribution line and one of the elongated elements is arranged at a lower end (5) of the line and their opposite upper ends (4) extend above the lower wall of the distribution line. The upper ends of the tubes are arranged in a common plane and are covered by a spaced cover arranged in a cross-section of the distribution line at a spacing, where the cover extends from the lower wall of the distribution line to the spacing and 1-5 elongated elements are fixed at the lower end of each tube. The distribution line comprises a U-shaped cross-section, a groove with upwardly open U-shaped cross-section, and a peripherally closed cross-section. A flow-inhibiting element is: arranged adjacent to the cross-sectional openings of the upper ends of the tube; formed in the upper ends of the tubes adjacent concave sections; and a fabric and/or perforated plate. The cover is spaced in the area, in which it is arranged along the tubes from the distribution line, and has a vent valve or vent opening, which is arranged on the top of the upper ends of the tube section. The elongated elements are perpendicularly fixed to the elongated elements extending spacers. An independent claim is included for a method of contacting a liquid with a gas in counterflow.</p> |
