POLYBENZIMIDAZOLE POROUS NANOFIBER WEB AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polybenzimidazole porous nanofiber web and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure low water content and stable size stability. CONSTITUTION: A polybenzimidazole porous nanofiber web has glass transition temperature at 420-440 °C and 50% or more or porosity. The nanofiber web is formed in a fiber(4) aggregate and has 30,000-500,000 g/mol of weight-average molecular weight. The average thickness of the nanofiber web is 5-70 um. The water content of the nanofiber web is 3.0-10%. The size stability of the nanofiber web is 5-8%.
