A method and system for distributing Public Safety Answer Points (PSAP) to an emergency session are disclosed in the present invention, in which the method comprises that: a network side or terminal stores a first PSAP distributed to an emergency session request of the terminal; during an appointed time, after receiving a next emergency session request from the terminal, the network side distributes the first PSAP to the next emergency session request; the terminal utilizes the first PSAP to perform the next emergency session. Through the present invention in which a network side or terminal stores a PSAP distributed to an emergency session request of the terminal, a problem that continuity of the emergency session can not be ensured when a User Equipment (UE) is moving is solved, and the effect for improving performance of a system is approached.
