<p>For resolving the problem in the prior art that the existing Inter Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) scheme has poor restraining effect to the interference for the whole Long Term Evolution (LTE) downlink system, the present invention discloses a method and device for ICIC in the LTE downlink system, wherein the method includes the following steps of determining whether a cell has the interference, transmitting a message type signaling through an X2 port between the cells neighboring to each other for indicating to perform the base station configuration updating, receiving update information by the receiving cell in the ICIC mode, determining the neighboring cell of the receiving cell and with the interference according to the update information, updating the base station configuration of the receiving cell, and performing an ICIC process according the obtained interference matching cell. The restraining effect to the interference can be improved as a whole by using the X2 port to transmit the message type signaling, performing matching to obtain the interference matching cell and performing the ICIC process based on the interference matching cell.</p> |
