Compounds for treatment of cell proliferative diseases

The present application relates to tyrphostin and tyrphostin-related compounds having the following structure: R 0-$ R3 wherein variables Ro, R2 - R4 are described herein. The present application also relates to methods of treating cell proliferative diseases using said compounds. Compounds of the present application have been shown to reduce stat3 activation and c-myc expression in affected cells.
