PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for providing an improved concealment performance and a high front luminance, and a backlight unit and a display device including the optical sheet.

SOLUTION: An optical sheet 1 is such that a plurality of convex lenses 4 extending in the same direction is arranged in parallel on at least one of a light incident surface and a light emission surface, and a boundary between the adjacent convex lenses 4 is formed in the shape of curve with a curvature that continuously changes along the extension direction of the convex lenses 4 viewed from an arrangement direction of the plurality of convex lenses 4.
