METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING BATTERY PULSE HEATING MODE OF TRACTION BATTERY OF HYBRID VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for controlling a battery pulse heating mode of a traction battery of a hybrid vehicle.

SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a device for controlling the battery pulse heating mode of the traction battery of the hybrid vehicle. The method includes: a step to detect traction battery temperature (T) when starting the hybrid vehicle; a step to specify dependency of fuel consumption amount (V) during a battery pulse heating mode relative to moving distance (W) at least about one predetermined road type in the detected detect traction battery temperature (T); a step to display a specified dependency on a display device (50); a step to select whether the battery pulse heating mode is performed by using an input device (60); and a step to control the battery pulse heating mode according to the selection step.
