<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve various characteristics of light with the use of a transparent acrylic round-bar lens by constructing an electric circuit aiming at long life of an LED lamp system, upon due consideration that, although a fluorescent lamp fixture is used as a method for obtaining illumination in various installations, characteristics of an LED lamp in correspondence with a straight-tube lamp are utilized to make an effective use of low power consumption, high illuminance, high color rendering, and long life. <P>SOLUTION: With only a simple lamp exchange, an economic effect is considerable through great deal of energy saving and long life.
