<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an expansion molded product for automotive parts, by which the development of fiber masses can be suppressed or prevented even when organic fibers having a relatively long fiber length are used, and the expansion molded product having an excellent product strength and a good appearance can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the expansion molded product for the automotive parts, which includes a filling step of feeding a fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition in which a physical blowing agent is dissolved into a mold cavity of the mold, and filling the composition in the mold cavity; and an expanding step of opening the mold by a prescribed extent after completing the filling, and thereby expanding the fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition. In the filling step, the feeding of the fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition into the mold cavity is started in such a state that the mold is opened by the prescribed extent, and the fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition is filled in the mold cavity by carrying out mold closing of the mold while feeding the fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition or after completing the feeding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
