<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse collection vehicle in which a storage box tilting mechanism does not apply the maximum contraction force to a refuse storage box in a travelling posture, thereby breakage of the refuse storage box is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The refuse collection vehicle 1 is provided which supports the refuse storage box 2 via a hinge P1 at a rear part of a vehicle body frame 1b, consecutively disposes a refuse input box 3 to a rear part of the refuse storage box 2, and tilts the refuse storage box 2 by a dump cylinder 19 (storage box tilting mechanism). Here, a proximity switch LS1 for detecting a posture set on a floor of the refuse storage box 2, and a control device for output of an instruction for reducing an operational force of the dump cylinder 19 to a power unit 49 when the proximity switch LS1 detects that the refuse storage box 2 is set on the floor, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
