<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and safely rescue persons present inside a building when a disaster occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 200 having a plurality of adjacently arranged antennas is provided on a predetermined position of a building, a rescuee 3 is made to carry a rescuee terminal 300 for locating his/her own present position on the basis of the phase difference of radio signals transmitted from the respective antennas, a rescuer 4 is made to carry a rescuer terminal 400 for locating his/her own present position on the basis of the phase difference of the radio signals transmitted from the respective antennas; and a server device 100 communicably connected with the base station 200, the rescuee terminal 300 and the rescuer terminal 400 is provided. On the basis of the present position of the rescuee 3 received from the rescuee terminal 300 and the present position of the rescuer 4 received from the rescuer terminal 400, the server device 100 transmits information indicating a rescue route which is a route from the rescuer 4 to the rescuee 3 to the rescuer terminal 400, and the rescuer terminal 400 outputs information for guiding the rescue route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
