<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately cut and bend both ends of a helical coil. <P>SOLUTION: Cutting bending mechanisms 76 provided on both end sides of the helical coil 11d hold an end of the coil 11d between a holding butting part 771 and a holding receiving part 772, and cuts a predetermined position of the held coil 11d by a cutter 787 and a cutter receiver 788.
