<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method allowing improving lamination speed of a double-facer step of a corrugator and/or manufacturing corrugated cardboards with saving energy, and preventing warping. <P>SOLUTION: For improving lamination speed and/or manufacturing corrugated cardboards with saving energy, in a corrugator step, a lamination speed improving agent made of caustic soda and borax is coated on the rear surface of a double-facer side liner. For preventing warping of a corrugated cardboard sheet, an amount of moisture of lamination glue coated for bonding a liner and a core is decreased by 20-100% of an amount of coating moisture of the lamination speed improving agent. The core for bonding, which is formed in a waveform, is an enhanced core and has an ISO compression strength (lateral) of 1.63 kN/m or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
