<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device that detects that a sheet is stretched and notifies the operator of such. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyance device 1 includes: a pair of rails 10 constituting a liner motion device; a slider 20; a slide unit 30; and a flexible sheet. The slide unit 30, along the moving direction thereof, accommodates the sheet and has a slide base 31 and a direction changing portion.
