<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an object person securing spatial continuity. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device, which detects a moving object existing in an image of image data continuing in time series based on a dispersion value of the image data, includes a dispersion value image generation unit that calculates a dispersion value of each pixel based on the image data continuing in time series; performs an expansion processing, to the dispersion value of each pixel, for expanding the dispersion value of the pixel with a ratio according to dispersion values of pixels around the pixel, and a contraction processing, to the dispersion value of each pixel, for contracting the dispersion value of the pixel with a ratio according to dispersion values of pixels around the pixel; and generates dispersion value image data containing a dispersion value subjected to the expansion processing and the contraction processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
