<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning method and a melt-spinning apparatus capable of obtaining a fine and strong fibrous molten resin without being cut easily in a stable state. <P>SOLUTION: A melt-spinning apparatus 10 comprises: a nozzle 14 extruding a molten resin 13 into an apparatus body 12; a primary hot wind channel 16 provided around the outer circumference of the nozzle 14 for blowing a primary hot wind 15 to a fiber of the molten resin 13 extruded from the nozzle 14; and a secondary hot wind channel 18 provided further out, around the outer circumference of the primary hot wind channel 16, for blowing a secondary hot wind 17 which is designed to maintain the temperature of the primary hot wind 15. The secondary hot wind channel 18 is arranged so that an angle of blow-out α of the secondary hot wind 17 is from 0 to 50° relative to the blow-out direction of the molten resin 13.
