A method for a user experience measurement includes that: a user equipment receives a configuration information of user experience measurement transmitted by a base station, wherein the configuration information of user experience measurement includes a user experience measurement quantity; the user equipment measures the user experience measurement quantity, and obtains a measurement value of the user experience measurement quantity; according to the measurement value of the user experience measurement quantity, the user equipment generates a user experience measurement result; the user equipment reports the user experience measurement result to the base station via a signaling message. With the technical solution provided by the present embodiments, the user equipment can initiatively report the user experience measurement result in time, and the efficiency of the user experience report and collection and the network automatic optimization is improved. |
