The surplus heat in the greenhouse during the daytime can be efficiently subjected to heat exchange with the temperature difference between the heat storage material filled in the heat exchange/heat storage devices (30) and the air in the greenhouse via the heat transfer plates (32) of the heat exchange/heat storage devices (30). As a result, the operating ratio of the heat pump (50) can be reduced so as to make a contribution over the cooling during the daytime, and the shortening of ventilation time, and the heat stored during the night can be applied to heating, thereby making it possible to significantly reduce the cost of heating and cooling.</p>
