<p>The invention discloses a data transmission feedback method, which comprises the following steps: if an uplink sub-frame corresponding to a downlink sub-frame in the frequency division duplex (FDD) downlink frequency band is a blank sub-frame, a base station determines an uplink feedback sub-frame of the downlink sub-frame which corresponds to the blank sub-frame according to the set hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence relation, wherein the HARQ time sequence relation includes: the corresponding relation between the downlink sub-frame corresponding to the blank sub-frame and the uplink feedback sub-frame of the downlink sub-frame; on the uplink feedback sub-frame, the base station receives the feedback of the data of the downlink sub-frame corresponding to the blank sub-frame sends by a user equipment (UE), thus the utilization rate of the downlink resources is improved.
