An electromagnetic handwriting apparatus and an antenna multi-scan method there of are provided, the apparatus comprises: an electromagnetic handwriting pad and an electromagnetic pen; the electromagnetic handwriting pad comprises an electromagnetic sense antenna plate and a control plate; the electromagnetic sense antenna plate comprises sending coils and receiving coils, the transmitting coils send electromagnetic waves to the electromagnetic pen, the receiving coils receive resonance signals generating by resonances of the electromagnetic waves, the electromagnetic waves are sent by the electromagnetic pen and the transmitting coils; the control plate comprises a microprocessor and a signal processing module, the microprocessor generates square waves and processes data, the signal processing module is connected to the microprocessor and the receiving coils, processes the resonance signals obtained by the receiving coils and sends the processed result to the microprocessor, at least one side of the transmitting coils and the receiving coils are in a multi-scan structure. The apparatus regionalizes the large-scale electromagnetic sense antenna plate, that is, the coils in the electromagnetic sense antenna plate are grouped, each group of the coils are physically independent with each other, a scan method integrating rough-scan and fine-scan is used, so the scanning time of the coils is shorted, efficiency and accuracy of the detection of the electromagnetic pen are improved.
