The arrangement (10) has a flow regulator (11) formed as a hydromechanical component to limit a flow rate (v) of fluid (17) e.g. cold water, flowing through the arrangement to a preset value or one of a set of preset values of the flow rate. A flow sensor (12) delivers a measurement signal (Mv) depending on the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the arrangement. An electronic circuit (13) determines a consumption signal (SDAT) depending on the preset value or one of the set of preset values. The flow sensor and the electronic circuit are firmly connected with a carrier. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining resource consumption of fluid.
