PURPOSE: A light emitting device, method for fabricating the light emitting device and a light emitting device package are provided to minimize the loss of light projected from a light emitting structure through a transparent electrode layer by enabling the transparent electrode layer to include a transparent conductive layer and a transparent wing electrode. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure comprises a first electrical conductive semiconductor layer(112), an active layer, and a second electrical conductive semiconductor layer. A first electrode pad(130) is formed on the first electrical conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode pad(140) is formed on the second electrical conductive semiconductor layer. A light-transparent blade electrode(125) is formed on the second electrical conductive semiconductor layer. The light-transparent conductive layer(122) is formed on the second electrical conductive semiconductor layer.
