摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of regenerating effectively a palladium-containing supported catalyst used for producing &alpha;,&beta;-unsaturated carboxylic acid from olefine or &alpha;,&beta;-unsaturated aldehyde. <P>SOLUTION: A palladium-containing supported catalyst is regenerated by a method having in this order, steps of: (a1) stirring the palladium-containing supported catalyst in a mixed solvent of an inorganic acid and an organic acid or alcohol; (b) drying the palladium-containing supported catalyst at a temperature of 50-100&deg;C; and (c) reducing the palladium-containing supported catalyst. Instead of the step (a1), a step (a2) of stirring the palladium-containing supported catalyst in the inorganic acid, and then stirring it in the organic acid or alcohol may be performed, or otherwise a step (a3) of stirring the palladium-containing supported catalyst in the organic acid or alcohol, and then stirring it in the inorganic acid may be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
