ANTITHEFT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device for a vehicle which has no risk of cutting a power supply line and stopping operation for theft.

SOLUTION: The antitheft device for the vehicle includes: a decision part 7 which is given a state signal indicating the operation state of one or more pieces of equipment 14-17 mounted on the vehicle and decides whether the vehicle can travel without operating a start key 17 on the basis of the given state signal; and a transmission circuit 8 which performs transmission when the decision part 7 decides that the vehicle can travel or when a signal line 9 between the decision part 7 and the pieces of equipment 14-17 is cut. The antitheft device for the vehicle includes: a solar cell 2 mounted on the vehicle; a power supply circuit 3 for wirelessly supplying power generated by the solar cell 2; a power receiving circuit 5 for receiving power wirelessly supplied by the power supply circuit 3; and a power accumulation part 6 for accumulating power received by the power receiving circuit 5. The decision part 7 and the transmission circuit 8 are operated using the power accumulated in the power accumulation part 6 as the power source.
