<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rotations of a pointer to be accurately obtained as numerical data, thereby to enable an operating state of a flow rate counter and any water leakage from the flow rate counter to be accurately checked and at the same time to enable an integrated flow rate to be accurately displayed. <P>SOLUTION: Rotations of a flow rate detection driving gear 5 are transmitted through a main gear train 2 to a flow rate display unit 4 comprising a plurality of numeral wheels 4a1 to 4a8. The rotations of the flow rate detection driving gear 5 are further transmitted through a branch gear 3 branching from the main gear train 2 to a first pointer 6. The first pointer 6 displays an operating state of the flow rate detection driving gear 5. The flow rate display unit 4 displays an integrated flow rate. To a rotating shaft of the first pointer 6, a rotation detecting member, which is a constituent part of a rotation sensor, is so fitted as to be rotatable in an integrated manner.
