<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper chamber structure which has the optimal structure, of which the performance is raised, the production costs are reduced, and the defect of a sealing port is further solved and a method for manufacturing the same in order to prevent the defect generated in production and manufacturing of the paper chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The paper chamber includes: fan-shaped metal pipes 11, 12 and 13 formed by performing press work of round metal pipes; powder sintering parts 2 on the inner surfaces of the metal pipes; support structure 3 covered with the metal pipes in the metal pipes; operating fluid to be poured into the metal pipes, all the top and bottom surfaces 11 and 12 of the metal pipes are planar, two opposite sides 13 becomes arcuate without a joint, and on the other two opposite sides, the sealing port to be welded is formed after openings at both ends of the metal pipes. The paper chamber successfully solves heat radiation problems of high heat-generating electronic products such as the conventional CPU, a graphics processor, or an LED, a solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
