<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine with a stator having improved magnetic characteristics without increase in the number of components and suppressing increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises: a cylindrical stator core 5 with magnetic pole teeth 52; a coil formed by winding a conductor wire on the magnetic pole teeth 52; a stator 3 that has an insulation member (an insulating bobbin 7) positioned between the coil 6 and the magnetic pole teeth 52; and a rotor. The insulation member 7 of the stator 3 has a cylindrical part 71 circling around the magnetic pole teeth 52 and a collar portion (an inner collar portion 72) extending from an edge at the side close to the rotor of the cylindrical part 71 in a circumferential direction. Permeability of a first part 73 at the side opposite to the rotor of the collar portion 72 is larger than permeability of the cylindrical part 71 and is smaller than permeability of the magnetic pole teeth 52. Permeability of a second part 74 at the side in contact with the coil 6 of the collar portion 72 is smaller than the permeability of the first part 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
