<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: nature is destructed for building and high cost is necessary in conventional power generation and transmission form; much CO2 emissions occur in power generation by thermal power; regenerative power generation using a condenser has a demerit of being unsuitable for long-term use because the service life of the condenser is short. <P>SOLUTION: A regenerative coaxial generator is structured so that an electric motor 3 and a generator 5 are integrated through a shaft 4. Accordingly, when the electric motor 3 is operated, electric power is generated. The obtained electric power is regenerated in the electric motor 3.
