<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an amplitude to the positive side of ringing generated after when the level of a transmitted signal is switched from high level to low level to a predetermined wave crest value less than the high level of the transmission signal. <P>SOLUTION: When switching of the level of a transmission signal from high level to low level is detected, a first transistor 52 and a second transistor 56 connect between two transmission lines BP and BM for a predetermined time period via a diode 60 which uses a direction from the high potential transmission line BP toward the low potential transmission line BM as a forward direction. Thereby, when the potential of the high potential transmission line BP becomes larger than that of the low potential transmission line BM on some level due to ringing, the diode 60 becomes ON at the time when the potential difference exceeds the forward drop voltage of the diode 60. As a result, a wave crest value of the positive side of ringing can be restricted to the forward drop voltage of the diode 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
