<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched capacitor amplifier circuit capable of suppressing an increase in circuit area while ensuring adjustment accuracy for amplification of a DC offset component included in an output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A switched capacitor amplifier circuit includes: a capacitor 21 of which one terminal is connected to an inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 31; a capacitor 22 of which one terminal is connected to the inverting input terminal and of which the other terminal is connected to an output part of the operational amplifier 31; and a capacitor 23 of which one terminal is connected to the inverting input terminal. The capacitor 21 is provided for accumulating charges corresponding to an input voltage Vin during a first period and accumulating charges corresponding to an analog voltage VDAC during a second period. The capacitor 22 is provided for accumulating charges during the second period and discharging the charges during the first period. The capacitor 23 is provided for accumulating the charges corresponding to the analog voltage VDAC during the first period and discharging the accumulated charges during the second period.
