PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve three-way calling on an IP network.

SOLUTION: An IP conversion device 20a comprises a sound mixing part 52a. An application server 10a comprises a call control part 51a that performs the control of the sound mixing part 52a and other units. Alternatively, the IP conversion device 20b comprises a sound mixing part 52b and a call control part 51b. Alternatively, a sound mixing unit 52c may be provided that corresponds to the sound mixing part, serving as a device independent from the application server 10c or the IP conversion device 20c, and at which the sound mixing function is concentrated. Then, an application server 10c comprises a call control part 51c.
