<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange performance while forming inner fins laminated in a plurality of stages with a simple structure by bending one metal plate, in a heat exchanger using wave fins as the inner fins and having the inner fins laminated in a plurality of stages in one passage pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The wave fin, which has plate parts 331 extending in the longitudinal direction of the passage pipe and an apex 332 connecting between the plate parts 331 adjacent to each other and in which its cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the passage tube is corrugated and the plate part 331 is wavily refracted in the longitudinal direction when viewing it from the laminated direction of the passage pipe, is used for the inner fin 33. The inner fins 33 laminated in a plurality of stages are formed by folding back the one metal plate 6 with a groove part 7 formed in the metal plate 6 while extending in the longitudinal direction of the passage pipe used as a starting point, and a wave depth D [mm], a passage width L [mm], and a fin thickness t [mm], are set so as to satisfy the relation of 1/2L≥D≥L-t. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
