<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially-oriented laminated film which is excellent in dimension stability, is excellent in inter-layer peeling resistance as well, and is suitable for a magnetic recording medium, especially a base film such as a digital data storage. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated film obtained by laminating film layers A and B so that the total number of layers A and B is at least four includes aromatic polyester (a), polyolefin (b) having no polar group, an olefin copolymer (c) containing a epoxy group and an olefin copolymer (d) which is copolymerized with maleic anhydride. In the film layer A, a content of the aromatic polyester (a) is 80 wt.% or more based on the total film layer A amount, and a content of the polyolefin (b) having no polar group is 5 wt.% or less based on the total film layer A amount. In the film layer B, a content of the polyolefin (b) having no polar group is 80 wt.% or more based on the total film layer B amount, and a content of the aromatic polyester (a) is 5 wt.% or less based on the total film layer B amount. Then, either the film layer A or the film layer B contains the polyolefin (c) and the polyolefin (d) in the range of 2 to 18 wt.% respectively based on the weight of the film layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
