<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump capable of suppressing formation of an air pocket to thereby increase the efficiency of the pump. <P>SOLUTION: In the vane pump 1 in which a rotatable rotation part 4 is provided in a casing 2, a plurality of slits 7 which is concavely provided on a top surface 5c of the rotation part 4, is extended radially with respect to a rotation axis Ax of the rotation part 4, and is opened in a radially outward direction is formed in the rotation part 4, and vanes 8 are slidably housed in the slits 7, the vanes 8 are protruded from the slits 7 to an upper side of an axial direction of the rotation axis Ax while being housed in the slits 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
