CONFIGURATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSMITTING UPLINK CONTROL INFORMATION (UCI)

A configuration method and device for transmitting Uplink Control Information (UCI) are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes that: a terminal equipment selects a Uplink Common Carrier from its own Uplink Common Carrier Set according to received carrier selection indication information sent by a base station or a predetermined selection rule; and the terminal equipment transmits UCI information to the base station via a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) on the selected Uplink Common Carrier. Application of the present invention can realize a solution that in a Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) Carrier Aggregation system, a User Equipment (UE) transmits the UCI on one PUSCH when the UE has multiple PUSCH scheduled transmissions in a uplink sub-frame, and can solve the problem how UE transmits the UCI on just one PUSCH when there are multiple PUSCH transmissions in the uplink sub-frame in the LTE-A system.
