<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves molding troughs (18, 20) in a metal plate (12) via a shaping process, where the troughs protrude from planes (x-z) and comprise a left wall. A portion of the left wall and the planes form an angle of about 90 degrees. The portion of the left wall is separated from right and lower walls of the troughs. A portion of a metal board (10) i.e. sheet metal board, comprises the portion of the left wall in order to bend around another angle of about 90 degrees from the planes. A deep-drawing process or a process of incremental transformation is utilized as the shaping process. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a metal board. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for manufacturing a metallic molding blank, which is utilized for manufacturing a sanitary device e.g. washing stand, bath tub, shower bath, basin i.e. washing basin, soap tray and cup holder (all claimed). Can also be used for manufacturing a machine and vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The portion of the metal board comprises the portion of the left wall in order to bend around the angle of about 90 degrees from the planes, thus enhancing aesthetic appearance of the sanitary device, avoiding occurrence of damages in an area under the basin, and chamfering lower edge, which is designed with an arbitrary contour.
