PURPOSE: A rotary washing toothbrush is provided to save energy and to enable a user to brush teeth with proper rotational power by controlling the torque of a brush part. CONSTITUTION: A rotary washing toothbrush comprises: a handle(400) in which an inlet pipe and a discharge pipe are formed; a body(500) in which an impeller is equipped; and a brush unit installed at the bottom of an impeller shaft installed at the impeller. An impeller cover is installed inside the body. In the side of the impeller cover, an inlet hole and a discharge hole are formed. In the bottom of the body, a leak preventing jaw is formed. In the inner lower part of the body, a leakage preventing groove corresponding to the leak preventing jaw is formed. |
