PURPOSE: A filling metal container and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the flavor of cooking using the far infrared ray emitting from the filler including the far infrared radiation material and protect the filler from the external shock by surrounding with metal outer shell portion. CONSTITUTION: A filling metal container(100) comprises an outer shell portion(101), a filler(103) and a metal member(104). The outer shell portion has a double barrier structure forming an internal space between the exterior wall layer(101a) and the inner wall layer(101b) consisting of metal. The outer shell portion limits the shape of the container. The filler is filled with the partial or entire of the internal space. The metal member is inserted into the inside the filler.
